Louisianime is proud to present their first set of judges for the brand-new FX and Madness contest!
Different contests mean we had a chance to take our judges just a little bit further than cosplay. We really wanted to focus on not just incorporating the costuming and cosplay side, but also the overall character and presentation. We understand that cosplay is beyond the costume, it’s a whole package! So, we really wanted to make sure we had not just great judges, but the right judges that you could make the best impact with. Judges that can see the story you are telling.
With that in mind, we turned to the screen!
Who better to see your hard work and understand your creative edge quite like those in the film industry? So much of cosplay and make up is in the characteristics. The walk, the talk, the stance and the stature behind the scenes. With that in mind, please welcome the dynamic team from Fairfield Studios!
Fairfield Studios has been in the business of making the surreal become a reality across numerous platforms and media mediums for years. Never ones to shy from a challenge, they truly try to push the bar in all forms of creativity. They are fantastic supporters of the arts and love to incorporate all kinds of geek culture into their work. From cosplay to make-up, and hidden gems in the background; they always find a way to blend passion with precision to rise above and become industry leaders.
As an orphan child in the deserts of Tatooine, Clint came across an old wizard who told him about the mystical power of the…. wait. No, Clint is not a Jedi, but he is the lead producer at Fairfield Studios. Over the past six years, he has assembled a rag-tag team of production wizards whom have transformed Fairfield Studios into a hub of creativity. Clint has truly unique background with experience in business, military service, and foreign relations in over 20 countries. Coupled with his unique creative approach to production, he has keen abilities to not just see a story but see other’s vision and combine them into one. This has propelled Fairfield productions to adapt to a multitude of production styles and of course picking up awards along the way.
The arts and community surrounding them are just as important as the stories they tell behind the scenes. Clint served as President of the Bossier Arts Council for three years and now serves on the advisory Board for the Renzi Arts and Education Center. The Renzi Center introduces kids to the arts and film making while growing not just an understanding but a love of creating.
On the home front, he spends his time between his family’s farm, Mahaffey Farms, where his 23-year-old son is now learning the ropes, or with his girlfriend, Katie. Katie is a newly selected Tech Sergeant who does procurement for the Air Force at Barksdale.
